RapidStaff Texting Terms and Conditions “Terms of Use”
By providing your mobile number and clicking “Submit” you consent to receive mobile text alerts regarding surveys and exclusive offers/promotions for RapidStaff. You may receive recurring RapidStaff text messages and survey abandonment reminder messages. You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program to connect with us and your consent above is not a condition to take part in our programs. By signing up you are confirming you are over the age of 13. You understand that we will send mobile text messages using automated technology. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to 57465 or any RapidStaff numbers to stop receiving RapidStaff Alerts messages from RapidStaff (you will receive a confirmation text). Text HELP to 57456. Opt-in
By signing up for the RapidStaff Text Messaging Program you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages. Message and data rates may apply. You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases of goods or services and your consent is not a condition of purchase. You will not receive any unsolicited messages from this SMS number. The service is not intended for children under 13, and does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.
Opt-Out
You can cancel your receipt of the service by sending STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOP ALL to any text message you receive, or:

Consumer Fees
Our service never charges consumers to “receive” or “reply to” text messages. However, depending on your mobile service plan, message and data rates may apply.

* Sprint does not support standard rate video. * Boost, VMU, and Nextel do not support MMS services.
Warranty
RapidStaff will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages connected with this program. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider network operator.
