Event details

The RN Dialysis at Kaiser Permanente California provides specialized nursing care to patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis and related treatments. The nurse is responsible for managing patient care throughout dialysis sessions, monitoring patient status, and collaborating with the healthcare team to optimize treatment outcomes and ensure patient safety.

Unit description

Clinicians provide care in fast-paced clinical environments and work with interdisciplinary teams across the assignment.

Responsibilities may include

• Patient assessment and care planning
• Medication administration per protocol
• Documentation in the facility EMR
• Communication with charge nurse and RapidStaff leadership
• Participation in unit orientation and safety briefings

Requirements

• Active CA RN license
• BLS required; ACLS per unit requirement
• Recent experience in L&D setting
• Ability to start on short notice
